I have been raising complaints regarding hdfc credit card for last 4-5 months and not getting any support on the same. I have been dropping mails for last 4 months and even sent and escalation mail to nodal officer hdfc delhi/ncr zone but no response received.
Since the day i have complaint to my rm, she has stopped responding, she neither pick calls nor respond back. I have tried almost 50 calls in last 2 weeks. I have tried all the possible options but no one is connecting to me on phone for discussion and on social media platforms they just turn back with a note of terms and condition and do not discuss on the complaint.
1. I feel harassed by hdfc now as they are not solving the issue and adding more financial charges every month for delay on their part of not responding to complaint. I am not supposed to bear charges for them not responding to my complaints. I have already paid everything of my expenses made.
2. I need to get my rm changed as soon as possible, she is useless and never responds to the complaints or any issues. Instead of looking into my issues for a classic customer, she has completely stopped responding. Is this kind of service we are supposed to get from hdfc. Really pathetic.
