Harassment will not make me grow money. Please have your executives stop continuous calling and harassing people from my network.
Sudha from HDFC branch, mobile number +91 [protected] keeps calling every 20-30 minutes, repeating the same thing again and again. They use another landline number [protected]
When unable to attend to my phone owing to work or any other reason, she is calling just about everyone connected to me through whatever means they have at HDFC.
To make matters highly unprofessional and immoral, she even asks why I am using credit card at the first place and to top that, she is blaming my parents for her behavior.
HDFC.. WHAT SORT OF PEOPLE DO YOU EMPLOY THERE?
I have been using cc from hdfc for past 6 years and have a very good upper limit, most of my large transactions are international payments.
Now owing to business reasons and recession acting up, some payments have not been received and I faltered making payment for once, only once is years or for as long as I can remember since I started using cc.
There is a limit to harassment that any one can put up and if you believe that you keep calling and harassing, you can collect, be my guest.
I will be forced to file a court complaint and pursue every possible legal remedy against such issues. I am sure there are legal solutions against such harassment's, particualrly when I have already informed the bank that I will be facing payment issues in coming months and sought a solution for repayments.
