Dear sir,
Last year i have deactivated my credit card and auto pay from my credit card and now i have received message from hdfc bank amount has been deducted from the credit card amount of rs 232 something. I really dont know if i deactived my credit card why i have received such kind of these messages. Please look into it and will not pay any single penny to hdfc bank

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,
Dear Mr.Sahil, we observe that you have hotlisted your credit card ending with 4212 and has not placed request to reissue the credit card. However the account is active and the Smartpay payment towards your Vodafone is still active. Hence payment of Rs 227.16 has been paid towards your Vodafone bill has been done from your credit card and fiance charge of Rs 11.62 has been levied on your credit card on 05/11/2017. Hence statement for the month of November 2017 has been generated.

Updated by Sahil Nanda Dear Mr. Manoj I have already mailed to your team i will not continue my credit card also attached image there is no auto bill in my account . First check attached image after that put mail to me. Moreover, i have deactivated my credit card from my net banking last 6 months.
