I'm murali krishna working at axis bank recently am applied credit card in hdfc card was approved nd dispatched received by 30th may by eod got a msg card was inactive then i call to cx care they said card was approved by mistake i dnt know y i need proper explanation abt that so pls provide a proper explanation my civil is good nd my salary is 17500 nd all field verifications is done card no [protected]
