[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card disapproved

I have received verification calls to my office desk, verification got completed successfully, when i checked my status i saw this msg online as 'disapproved' application

Remarks:- a format of the copy of letter sent to you has been attached for your reference. Pls fulfill the requirement and respond to us for processing the application further. Thank you

When i never got any letter, how could they say that they sent a letter?

I saw the status and understand which is got disapproved due to not responding the letter copy which is sent from you for me. Let me know which address you sent the letter, because i didn't not any letter copy from hdfc bank.

I already wasted 10-15 days on it... For god sake tell me the reason so that peacefully i can choose credit card from some other bank rather than wasting my time on this.

If i am not eligible for credit card please put back my all document that i had been submitted to your executive

I have posted the letter alongwith copy of adhaar card, voter card and DL to the manger hdfc bank cards division . In how many days will i receive confirmation ???????????

I apply hdfc crdit but disaproveed hdfc officer verified adress and when he go office after few hours final call recieve she says your credit card recieve afer 4 to 5 days today i check my stutus but disapproved so plz help me

Why there is cash advance fee of Rs.500 for every cash transaction in ATM ? In what percentage is this calculated

As I know it should 3 - 5 % of interest ... But how come it is 500 Rs for every transaction...

Even for over limit ..The fee is 500Rs ... Is HDFC is liable for using their hefty credit card charges ?

I am not getting any update on my credit card status. I got a call for verification but after that i haven’t recieved any single update. Kindly let me know if my credit card application is rejected or its still in the process.
