I was prominent customer ofhdfc bank (last digit credit card number 8050) and i have good realthionship with bank as per transaction history in the past but i lost job during lockdown but still somehow i arranged money to pay credit card due in one time full payment so i request you to wavier of all charges occured during lockdown period and till now also so i can pay full due payment immediately.and also remove unnecessary charges from my saving account.
unfortunately i am not getting proper response from hdfc.
