HDFC Bank — credit card expired 5 months back but have not received the new one

Address: Madhapur , Hyderabad

My hdfc credit card ([protected]) has expired on april 2020 but have not received my new card till date but every month they have been sending statements with service charge. Tried contacting many of their executives but no action has been taken till date. I request the bank to take an immediate action on this matter.
