My credit card number [protected] associated with account number [protected] got expired in the month of July 2020. Before my net banking for credit card got frozen I have cleared all my dues and recently when I tried to get my card renew, I got to know that I have an outstanding of Rs. 685 with some fine which makes a total of Rs. 1917. I would like to request to waive off this find and charge me on the outstanding amount which I am not sure why was it incurred to me for card yearly charges as my card was expiring. Still I am willing to pay this charge however please waive off the fine as I was not informed about the charge in first place. My net banking was frozen and I am not having any option to pay the charges on my already expired credit card. Also my registered contact number is changed and I didn't get any notification for the same. Please hold this amount and let me know how to process this payment.
I tried to reach customer service several times in past few month however due to COVID I was not able to reach you people. I have initiated mail with bank and even after multiple follow ups I did not receive any reply from their side. Was this information helpful? |
