I got an hdfc credit card last year. A month later i got priority pass with the card. I was told that i can avail two complementary lounge visits per quarter. It seems later their policy changed but i was not intimated about it. I used the priority pass on 22nd july and i got a charge of inr 1700+taxes in september months's statement. I tried to call customer care but they are saying that i don't have any option other than paying the bill. They are not even closing my credit card. I want either my card to be closed or refund of the charges.
