[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card-fraudulent transaction reported not resolved

Hi team, i am reaching you for my credit card which was completely paid off in january 2017 with all full paymemt. But an unauthorized and fraudulent transaction which was done in april 2017 on amazon.com for some membership purchase. I saw the msg from hdfc fpr the transaction but no mail recieved for the same. The card was with me and so got ot blocked instantly. But they have issued a new card numner on my mail n number for which they are sending me bills adding the last dues (Fraudulent transaction). How am i supposed to payfor this and now after 3months dey have hacked my salary account in hdfc to that extent. Is this the right way to treat the customer even after following up and sending put screenshots, statements, dispute forms in a well organized manner.
