Dear sir/mam,
I have swiped an amount of rs. 830/- through hdfc bank credit card to purchase an item from mahalakshmi cosmetic stores on[protected]. The amount was deducted from my account at that time, but the transaction was not processed. Please do your best for return of my amount.

Dinesh, we infer that you have certain reservations regarding the charge of Rs.830.00 on 05/03/18 at M/s.MAHALAKSHMI FANCY ST as unsuccessful transaction. We wish to inform you that, we had received authorization request for the above-mentioned transaction amount and the same was approved. However, our records indicate that the transaction has not been processed to your credit card account as on date. In absence of the transaction being billed to your card account for 03 days, the authorisation amount blocking the credit limit will be released automatically and the same will be available for your usage.
