I had paid the outstanding amount starting of the month, they informed that my credit card and cibil score will raise after it. But none has changed till now. I have to apply for a loan: i have contacted the call centre may times they were saying they are not the relevant person they transferred the call they said it was temporarily blocked. I'm helpless now. After paying the amount i'm goin. Behind them they also told they will arrange a cal back since 2 weeks none of them had called me. They are cheating me after receiving the payment
