[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Credit card jumbo loan pre close

Hi,
This is senthilvel s and my credit card number is[protected].
I have availed a jumbo loan of 135000 and planed to foreclose that loan.
So that i have called the hdfc customer care, they said to deposit the remaining amount to your credit card account and again call us, we will close the loan.
I have deposited 10000 to my credit card account and made a call to them. They said, you cannot close your loan like that and we will give a account number ([protected]). This is your jumbo loan account number, we will refund the remaining deposited amount to your hdfc savings account, then you can transfer this amount to the jumbo loan account. I said ok, refund my balance amount to my hdfc savings account.
This happens on 8, apr 2016 friday. I didn't get my amount back, today (15, apr 2016) i called the customer care, they said we didn't raise any query and we are taking this query now. You will call this 20, apr 2016 and we will update you the status.
I did not get my amount.

Based on the amount which deposited me, i have closed my insta loan.

Hi,

This is Nusrath Begum, I have taken a jumbo loan of 2 lacs and now need to pre-close this amount.
Please tell me the procedure .I have enquired in bank they asked me to deposit the amount in credit card and call the customer for closure.Can you please guide in proper way.
