I have applied for card in Feb 17, was issued however the same was blocked and the reason was unknown to me. Now I have applied for loan and the same is also denied stating credit card reference. I am highly disappointed with the bank being a corporate customer I have to face this all. I will soon be raising a complaint against the same at ombudsman RBI and will try to get the corporate tie up cancelled for HDFC. I am highly disappointed with the services.
