Dear team,
Hello sir, i have been using hdfc bank credit card of vijay kumar for 5 year using card no [protected] my attached mobile no [protected]. I taken insta loan of amount 2lakh 25 thousand after that regular calls from h. D. F. C and i called back on 16 jan 2020 to custmer care then i talked with respected ranjeet kaur then she given some guidance about jumbo loan she said if i closed my insta loan then no charges and g. S. T for the same. So according to the statements emi is 6209 and she told me 5115 rs. She spoke lie for sale and she is apologizes for that but not given a positive response. It would be good i[censored] take this matter serusly and asure me for the future that same things will never happen. So now the extra bill is 6750+ 2395=9145. I am not deposit this amount. I am already bad time of my life. Pls urgent base help me. Ranjit kaur has totlly fraud with me, i want a solution quickly because ranjit kaur has called me from another mobile number [protected]. Whomever he agrees to himself that he has made a mistake. Pls action my mail urgent base. I want to solution quickly regarding refund nd resolve my problem. I am already send mail grievance cell department nd cusumer court. Grievance cell complaint i'd[protected], and i am already discuss high court advocate nd cusumer court regarding my problem.
