[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card ndc and cibil issue

Hi Team,
I have closed my credit card in the month of January'17, by paying all dues inluding all late payment charges, but till date i have not received NDC for the same, further, also the same card is still showing active in my CIBIL score which impact my cibil data and further loan eligibality.

4 digit of my credit card number were 5809, customer ID 31771647.
