For the last 1 week, I am unable to access my Credit Card statement, unbilled balance or redemption of reward points - basically any of the features online for my HDFC Credit Card.
It's always displaying -
YOUR REQUEST CANNOT BE PROCESSED TEMPORARILY.WE REGRET THE INCONVENIENCE CAUSED
The Eva AI & Phonebanking IVR too is worthless. Not resolving my issues and unable to reach a customer care agent.
