This with regard to the credit card payment, i have been using the credit card for past 5 years (Approx), due to a sudden financial crisis i was unable to make the payment for past 6 months, but i always mentioned that i would like to continue the card, which i still do. But the card was blocked, further an amount from saving account was deducted without any prior intimation to me, which is completely against rbi guidelines. This kind of misbehavior and harassment is intolerable.
Moreover the collection agents of hdfc bank who are a third party vendor do not understand any code of conduct. They unnecessarily miss behave with the customer. Unforeseen circumstances can arise anytime and no one denies ones responsibility, but at the cost of harassment no one would behave with the organisation, i shall never recommend the bank for any future transaction. And would like to close all relations with bank.
Kindly arrange for a decent and amicable individual to call me for the process of settlement. Also the same shall be done in writing. Thus i would like to talk to someone who has complete authority and who is a direct employee of the hdfc bank.
