A few months back I lost my HDFC Regalia credit card and promptly blocked it. The customer care person said they would send a new credit card which I have still not received.
Now they want to charge me for canceling the new card which I've never received. I cannot get into touch with a single phone banker who can help. This is absolutely disgusting and disappointing.
