HDFC Bank — Credit card not block but 2 other car re issue

Sir,
I want to surrender my credit card no.××××××××××××7395. Name on credit card GOPA RAM JOGSON. I visited the hdfc bank JALORE branch regarding this but the executive who handled this department was not at all helpful. He was least interested in helping me out. He was not even intrested in hearing my query... Very unprofessional behaviour.
This is not at par with the reputation of the bank.
