HDFC Bank — credit card not delivered

In reference to the subject matter, as my credit card application has been approved and is to be dispatched on my permanent address-279 meerpur cantt kanpur, uttar pradesh pin code-208004, due to the reason that as per tracking its shows that my office address is compete inadvertently.

Request you to please re-delivered the same at my aforesaid mentioned address.
