HDFC Bank — credit card not received

Address: Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, 201301

Had applied for credit card a month back but their team has stopped giving any communication after collecting the document and issuing application ref no. Tracking link on the website is showing "in process" for the last 3 weeks. Was told that i'll get the card in 15 - 20 days after i apply, but it is still in process even after a month.

Really very bad service on hdfc's part
