[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card not received

I had applied for hdfc credit card around 20 days ago. No. Of associates had come to home and office for verification and took signature. It's been around 3 weeks and still not received the credit card.

If i had known that this is how the service of your bank would i would i have applied for some other bank.

This service is extremely substandard considering i have salary account of hdfc only.

Updated by yash2594 Application tracker is showing in process for the last 25 days. This is unacceptable, kindly look into the issue. Multiple associates came and took signature. I don't know whats the delay is for. According to your bank's policy I should have received the credit card within 10 days.

Updated by yash2594 Just now today I received an email that my credit card application has been rejected because of internal verification. It's unbelievable that this has happened since the company in which I work has a tie up with your bank. So many associates of your bank came for the verification at office and home. It's been 30 days and this is what I got. Extremely poor service, I should just change my salary account to some other bank.

Bank Deduct the bal from account no any reason.I also faced this same problem on 29 Aug.2017 after talk with coustmer care n mailing bank reverse my bal on 08sept.2017.now again deduct my bal.so plz help me.

INST-ALERT CHG INC GST JUL-SEP2017 charging for instant alert for the account. When opening the account they mentioned that this service was free and now they are charging .

Please check about this deduction and refund the amount
