I applied for credit card online on 4th july 2020, it has been more than 21 days now, but they don't answer satisfactory. I used twitter, facebook and e mail (Grievance redress all) but they give standard response every time i. E. Track credit card online. They are not interested in resolving customer complaints. They just do marketing but when it comes to service, they don't issue credit card. They are not approving my credit card even after meeting the eligibility criteria. If this is the behaviour, i am discontinuing banking with you. Want to open savings account for family but will not open in hdfc bank. Was this information helpful? |
