[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Credit card not received yet. Applied one month back

Address: Mumbai City, Maharashtra, 400072

Had applied for credit card a month back but their team has stopped giving any communication after collecting the document and issuing application ref no. Tracking link on the website is showing "IN PROCESS" for the last 3 weeks. Was told that I'll get the card in 10 days after I apply, but it is still in process even after a month.

Really bad service on HDFC's part

Hi,

i had a credit card which i used it and unable to pay for 4 months later i paid the total outstanding amount with the excess fine and late fees, suggest me how to open or re issue my credit card.

Hi people,

Today morning I got a fraud call from +91 [protected]
He was asking for my bank debit card details.
& When I asked him to 1st send me a mail & how come so early morning bank people can call me.. he just cancel the call.

He is a fraud +[protected]
Kindly take an action

i had applied for credit card and got approved but unfortunately didnt received it yet as i am gettings sms like my credit card is been dispatched and change otp, make a new pin etc but i have not received it yet.I dont know how to track it?
