[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — credit card - one assist activate without consent

Address: Mumbai City, Maharashtra, 400104

I am an hdfc credit card holder, number ending 5456. Rs. 1399 has been debited from my credit account on 18th nov 2017 as i have been made a part of the oneassist plan. This plan has been activated without any intimation to me and is a highly fraudulent act.

I would want my entire amount refunded as early as possible, failing which i would be writing a mail to the ombudsman.

I haven't received any reply from the bank or from the One Assist team. I want a roll back of the 3 month EMI at the earliest else I will be writing to the Ombudsman as mentioned earlier. In addition to it, I would also want my credit card to be cancelled then and there with me not having to pay a single penny.

Hope I have made myself very clear with this and would highly appreciate a response from your end.

Iam hdfc credit card holder the bank has auto debited my 1399/- on the card ending with 6566 without my permission.and i dont intrested in this membership any more. so please cancel this membership and refund my amount of 1399/-

I have applied for the re-issue of my debit card online through net banking.
But the address mentioned in my details is of Chennai and currently I am residing in Noida. So, is there any procedure via which I can get it issued from the nearest branch?
