I owe a credit card from hdfc and was specifically taken for the installment of my iphone and all the payment should be covered within 11 months. I was actively doing all the payments and usage of this credit card for 1.5 years. Then i had stopped using the card actively. They never sent any mail updating me regarding the credit card statements. Suddenly from sep 2016 they started calling me and telling i owe 70000 of credit card payment. I asked them to send me hardcopy/soft copy of credit card statement but they use to say mam make this minimum payment and we will send you the documents. They took 6 months to send me the documents and send me finally in feb 9 i remember). There are many faults in the statement regarding the payment. Now they are calling me and asking me to settle with 56000.
