I mistakenly paid into a wrong HDFC credit card and I contacted the Hdfc customer care through mail. They also asked for my bank statement for the transaction but still have not responded to it for more than 2 months. Its been a total of 6 months and I haven't been able to get my issue resolved. Please respond to it as soon as possible.
