[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — credit card payment issue

Below message for hdfc bank contact mail message but hdfc bank not responded sending below mail message details (Mail send dtd. 01.07.2017)

Dear sir / madam

With reference to the above subject and refer to the below mail subject, our credit card department from bangalore branch contacted me for settlement for my credit card with the amount of rs.5, 000 i have paid and also my account has been released from lien and settlement letter also issued from the credit card department from bangalore branch and also they confirmed me that my credit card issues had been solved properly from my side.

In this connection previously credit card department asked me about already paid amount rs.8400/- paid in 2016 july and payment in same year september where you can also view it,.
Just 40 days back only from credit card department they told me that last of my settlement payment is not accepted since i made it in part but no one informed before that my part settlement is not acceptable, so, i kindly request to refund my previous settlement payment 8400 which they say its not acceptable. Previous and now, each time i did what they told me to do from credit card section from bangalore branch.

On 22.06.2017 i have gone for fresh settlements again and also from credit card department settlement letter is issued for my side paid cash rs. 5000/- ref no 5618917 for which they asked to pay.

And also without any intimation they have deducted from my account for the amount of rs.9646, kindly refund my amount.


Kindly re arrange to settle my previous payment which they say not acceptable payment amount rs.8400/-
And also kindly help me to re credit the amount rs.9646/- to my account

Kindly inform me weather my credit card issues got solved completely or not now, why because last time i had done my settlement as they asked me to do, and now also i have done settlement again as they asked me to do, so when ever they asked to do settlement i have done the payment for my credit card, so kindly please confirm me and ensure again the same problem will not happen or now my credit card issues got solved completely.

My situation is very bad i have affected with lot of pain in my life and lot of struggle gone on my life, my son school fees payment also is pending since they have taken my last month salary without any info 9646. So, kindly please release and refund my money to my account if you do this will be very helpful to fulfill my needs.

Dear sir, with reference to the above subject, i am jenova in my reference account was lying in tuticorin branch and currently my account is in force lien without my knowledge and without any intimation and information due to my credit card payment issues, for the in valid card the number [protected] for which payment i have already done settlement in 2015 july the amount of 8, 400, according to my settlement letter, my card was handling by bangalore richmond circle branch, from collection team the person who came for payment never told me that i should do the payment in single, since i was jobless i made my settlement payment in twice, which i already confirmed the person from collection person, even he agreed for the same, and, meanwhile no one given me proper suggestion on my card,

But passed one year collection team two times asking me some payment that time i informed this account payment is already paid and settlement letter also issued our bank so, i asked to all i settled in tuticorin again it’s not possible go to bangalore so. Kindly complete this already settled card issue and also i was two months pregnant so i was not able to travel at any place this was also informed to asking person, so, i informed clearly my situation at all staffs that time all staffs accept my settlement and my explanation but in this connection nobody was informed to me that my salary will be freezed as soon and now my salary as taken without my knowledge.

I was very shocked in this issue purpose i registered complaint at escalation. [protected]@hdfcbank web on dtd.05.06.2017 in this connection bangalore hdfc staff mr. Prakash contact with me on 07.06.2017 and my side share with all details to mr. Prakash and also mr. Prakash checked with card details in his bank and also he is accept my received payment and settlement also so, he is trying to solve in this issue and also this solvation purpose i am asking time mr. Prakash informed to me this processing in going on, so very early this problem solve and finished this issue on two or three days. So, i am awaiting for my current salary account opening.


In this process going time i have received one another message from bank side for my salary is transferred to credit card account without my knowledge and any information. Presently with ref of mr. Prakash chandrappa who finally understood my concern and handling my card issues from bangalore richmond circle branch, waiting for prakash sir final confirmation, now i kindly request your support to release my account from force lien, and revert back my salary which has taken without any intimation with my account the amount of rs.9640 on 14.06.2014. My previous salary holding message was already upset my mind but still this message was collapsed everything with me. What’s should i do? I have 45 days child now i am ready to travel to bangalore to solve this problem to richmond branch, since my baby is just infant i will not be able to go there, and also doctor advised not to travel even i have health issue, since they took my salary without any info all my basic need are affected, to be honest to put 45 days injection for my baby i don’t have money, my husband office also closed, he is jobless passed 6 months, my delivery expenses, my basic needs, all is affected since my salary i dint get., so, kindly help me to complete this issue and help me to release my lien account and also kindly help me for the refund my salary which they taken for credit card.


Sir now i have 1 months baby, i am struggling, to fulfill all my basic needs since my salary taken for my credit card, without my knowledge,

The fault is not at all from my side, no one given proper info when i asked from card team, i am genuine person and i work in hdfc bank passed 2+ years, you can check my previous card payment in 2014 before when i was in bangalore…

Kindly understand my concern and help me to release my account from lien, and support me to get back my salary, once prakash sir confirms the settlement amount i will clear my credit card payment issues, pls support me sir my situation is very bad to face my day needs…
