[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Credit Card Payment not Credited

Hi,

I have done my transaction on credit card and they did not process my payment in Card, after calling them so many times they did not response and many time they declined the call.

I have done my transaction through bill desk.

Payment Amount (Rs Ps): 2400.00
Payment Date: 9th June 2020
Payment through: HDFC UPI
Transaction Identification Number: SHD[protected]

I never expected this unprofessional behavior from them.
