The amount of rs.5000/- remitted on account of credit card payment is not reflected in the receipt by your credit card deptt.

I cancelled my flight tickets 3 weeks ago.
I got confirmation from Ibibo about refund acknowledged by Bank.
But still no amount has been refunded.
