[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card reactivation

I was using hdfc credit card and i couldn't make the payment due to financial problems and they have blocked the card..

There was outstanding of around inr 165000. Somehow i arranged money and paid 90, 000. Collection department says that you need to contact customer care and card will be activated however when i called customer care they denied and said that check with collection department. No one helped me. Pathetic service given by hdfc.

In, 13 august .I was pay my property tax online by smc site.2793 rupees deducted in my hdfc bank account by dabitcard.so I will hope at this time .no any response by hdfc bank.

I am taken Personal loan_13347748 From your HDFC Bank but same was settle dated 14.01.2012 amount of Rs. 8000/- & i am Recived FC letter form bank.

There is no dues between me & bank till date after that, my Name is update in CIBIL

Request you to pls Remove my Name on urgent Basis
