HDFC Bank — Credit card recovery agent using bad language

Dear team
I have a credit card of hdfc bank. But due to lockdown and jobless i have paid half minimum amount of hdfc credit card. Due to covid 19 indian government are says that every customer are able to took moratorium. But hdfc bank not given moratorium to his customers. He behave very bad with his customers during recovery calling. My registered mobile number with hdfc bank is [protected].
I request to give me only 10 days to pay your minimum due in credit card. But recovery agent asking me to send notice and recovery letter and inform to legal departments.
Why they are not given rbi moratorium to persons who lost their jobs due to lockdown and covid 19
Please take action against these persons
