I am shramdan desai. I have 2 credit card with hdfc bank and last 4 years i used those card. Before covid if you check i don't late pay. Even my cibil score is 780 above.
But due to covid pandemic i don't have money to pay credit card payment also minimum due. I have received daily 6-7 calls from hdfc recovery team and they use totally third class language.
Recovery agent name azra parveen. I don't know she is educated or what? She used totally zopadpatti language and she abuse me.
Please take nesassery action that agent.
