By way of introduction, my name is bhawna gosain and i am key account holder in your bank which uses all service like demat and mutual funds since 5 years
I was a holder of hdfc credit card also since 5 years. But my account manager called me 2 years back and converted my credit card to regalia hdfc credit card.
I had no interest in new credit card but my key account manager forced me to get upgrade and promised she will replicate all my transaction on new card.
My previous card had full standing instruction on all payments. She said she will replicate the same. I was not able to withdraw any money from my card since 2 months so i called the call center on 1st may where i got the information that my credit limit has expired. The instruction replicated by my account manager was minimum amount and not total amount. There is a bill of 3 lakhs 16 thousand on my credit card which included taxes of around 35 thousands (Bank charges).
Please note the following points :
1. I had no interest in auto update of card but the key account manager urged me to get the new card. The old points and telephone connections were replicated but the standing instruction of full amount was not replicated by her.Instead she put a standing instruction of minimum amount which i was not aware
2. Apparently i got no mobile alerts or calls from the center. They had forwarded email of monthly credit card transaction which was going in my junk communication.
3. There was no communication on my non billed amount which is completely unprofessional and illegal
4. The total taxes or charges levied by your bank is 35k. If you check my liquidity with hdfc for last 3 years you will find it was never less than 4 lakhs
5. I was not able to do any transaction on my credit card since 2 months and when i call the key account person (Who has changed) i came to know that my credit limit was exhausted
6. Please also find snapshot of my net banking account in which it always showed zero unbilled transaction.
This is a bad and nonprofessional attitude against a loyal customer. I have already done transaction of 2 lakh 90 thousand. Please way off rest charges which were levied by the bank.
