[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card renewal membership fee

Membership fee charged on my hdfc credit card #[protected] on 5th aug'20. I would not interested to renew my membership & wish to close my credit card, as i am not using that for a long while. Regarding that, i have tried to contact customer care over phone & emails several times. But didn't reach to them yet. Please help me to reverse this membership charges & close to my credit card.
