I am facing issue as I have not received HDFC credit card reward redemption coupon/ Voucher that was order in the month of July 2020.
I received SMS on 31st July 11:27 AM with the tracking tracking number AWB # 0, the tracking number is invalid.
The reward point has been deducted from my statements, in my August 2020 credit card statement I have been charged the transaction fee for handling delivery of the coupon/ Voucher.
I have been attempting to call the Phone lines for 2 months now, but there is no way I am able to reach a human being. The Auto chat tool does not have a solution for my question.
I have raised a email for support I got a automated reply with reference number - 'HBL=[protected]'
Web but the resolution is just generic from the credit card team.

I have been guided back to phone banking, attached is the screen shot of for your reference.
As all my attempts have failed, I am writing an email in an anticipation that I will not be
disappointed and will receive a resolution. I request you to help me out here.
