My name is suresh kumar credit card number [protected]. Very very very disappointing services from hdfc bank. I having a salary account in hdfc bank as well credit card they are continuously deducting amount from my hdfc salary account, i have complained a lot, i have called to hdfc customer care too many times, but they could not help me out. Don't have manners to talk, how to talk to a customer. They said again and again this is not possible.

Updated by suresh skb You guys, said in your complaint to response within three days, I don't want fight via emails and complaints again and again, but no mail received regarding this issue.
BUT YOUR GUIDANCE AND SERVICES ARE VERY WORST.
HDFC Bank Executive today Ms Archna[protected] called me and said your Credit Card is "PERMANENTLY BLOCKED", but previous few days back & today i talk to HDFC Bank Customer Care[protected] they said your Credit Card is "TEMPORARY BLOCKED".

Updated by suresh skb My case id reference no. 5719129 in HDFC Credit Card Branch. No response from last 11 days, got sms from HDFC Bank "Suresh Kumar, please Note your case with reference No. 5719129 has been responded and closed, HDFC Bank" (Proof Attached). Will you guys let me know what happened with my Credit Card Status and HDFC Account.
