I am following up with your bank regarding my credit Card outstanding balance since March 2016. I called multiple people, wrote multiple emails but nobody helped me. Every month your executive called and told me pls pay minimum amount and will help you in settlement after that but once I paid the amount nobody called me back. This is happening since last 8-9 months and they are charging me interest and financial charges. This month my credit card outstanding reflected as 62K however the principal amount was 12k. But till date nobody helped me. Few days ago, I paid minimum amount of 9k and have 16k balance in my account. Your bank froze my 16k and not listening to me and even not refunding the amount. I have raised multiple complaints. I have 6k rewards point as well. Pls resolve this issue asap and I want my amount back. I have all the mails and evidences available with me to show all these issues. Currently the outstanding reflects as 53K out of which only 3K is the principal amount and ban k froze my 16K balance and 6K rewards points. Every month somebody called me and told me settlement is not available and charging all these charges and interest. I want to settle this and close this asap. Pathetic service, I am literally frustrated and irritated.
