HDFC Bank — Credit card settlement

I have credit card of hdfc bank. It's been more than 1 year and i'm not even using it, there are too many problems in my life and i want to get my credit card settlement. For this reason, i have tried to talk to customer care many times but there is no response from there and they give evasive answers, due to this attitude of the bank, i am falling into trouble and every month my amount is getting more and more, there was a limit of 50, 000, credit card has now been paid 70000, please get my credit card settled, at least in the amount i want to get it settled. I am being fooled for 1 year. At the time of lockdown there was a lady named meenakshi sehgal who was telling herself to be a bank employee, she told me to settle my amount.
