Dear Sir, This is Dinesh Kumar from bangalore, i was a customer for Hdfc credit card ([protected]) and due to some financial problem i was not able to make regular payment and was only paying my interest, once some agency guided for settlement for my HDFC credit card, even i agreed and they gave settlement for Rs 42000 on feb month for 8 emi, i had pad for for 3 months, and due to financial problem i could not continue and from augest month hdfc people started helping me saying that they have a option to extend the settlement period and told me to pay month on month and complete it, they said as if they are very helpful to me and i too started to pay month on month at last i paid was on feb 2014 and i spoke to their bank manager too, even he said only 5000 is pending and insisted me to clear it next month and the next month they started to show their original face, when no one came to collect cash i called them on april 1st week itself were they said that my settlement is invalid on august 2013 itself and not i should pay the full amount, Sir if the settlement is in valid why did the executive and manager committed that it is been extended if they would have told me that the settlement is invalid, before paying the amount i would have taken another settlement and would have cleared it So sir please help me in this case they torture me with using all slanks Sir waiting for your Reply RegardsDinesh [protected] Was this information helpful? |
