I have opted Auto Pay option for my credit card. Prior to the payment date since I had enough balance in my account I chose payment option through net banking. They levied Rs.802 as fee stating that I shouldn't have chose that payment option as I already have opted for Autopay. Please advice if this is a logical approach to levy fee for paying my bill earlier?
