Dear sir/ma'am,

This is to inform you that, mr. Asit kumar dey, account holder in your bank has been died in august and i, antara dey (His daughter) have submitted all papers to the respective branch to process for closing the accounts, almost a month ago. But it is till undone due to the procedure of credit card surrender. The credit card number is [protected]. As i know, it should not take so long time to surrender the credit card. This is my request to you to look upon it with intricacy.

Hi, my credit card has been declined I don't know why. 3-4 days ago I was using my card in a shopping mall and it was declined and that was the first time I used my credit card.

Credit Card issue date- 19 sep 2017.

Please help me out.
