Hi,

I have lost my credit card in the month of sep'16 and also have applied it on the same month to get a new card. Its almost been a year but i haven't got any single update on my card then please let me know how can you expect me to pay the amount on time with out any details atleast for a courtesy you guys would have keep me posted on time. I have seen very bad approaches from the credit card team its very bad experience for me. They are forcing us to pay the full amount. They are treating us in bad manners with local languages please have a look into it. I have attached some screenshots of their messages if you need will share you the call recodings also.
