Investigation is over. I got a mail stating you guys will refund the amount back. Your phone banking officers tell me they refunded some amt back 2 days ago but i cant find it in my account statement. I nid to know how much more time u guys gonna take n now. I cant get in touch with any customer care executive they are always busy n u say 24hrs helpline but all. Bz for 24 hrs thats great
