HDFC Bank — Credit card undelivered due to wrong address

Address: CHENNAI

Due to wrong address i couldnot able to collect my card, now alert received as it returned to HDFC again kindly call to customer care, now i need to know whether it is in My home branch or possible to resend it to my new address which i updated recently kindly letme know as soon possible

Still now no response from any side o[censored]r bank, Credit card customer care service, helpline numbers, direct visit to bank but nothing respond, I dont understand whats your difficult in saying where is my credit card how could i collect it again or when you people able to resend it
