[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Credit card - unnecessary harassment for payment.

Dear sir/madam,
I am a credit card holder of hdfc since last five years and i am paying payments whenever they are due. I understand that i am not able to clear my accounts, but in last five years i have paid thousands of rupees as penalty and even then i pay with penalties whatever amount it could be. But people sitting in mumbai office namely ms. Namrata and her supervisor mr. Jai prakash are harassing me for last three days even after informing them that i have paid it by the ch. No..., dated..., bank name... Amount... They asked me that why i have paid amount by cheque and not why other mode of payments. Many a times i receive threatening messages that your account is being sent to cibil and you will not be able to procure any loan, to avoid this pay your outstanding amount in this period only. I requested them they this month it is difficult for me to pay it online. I would request you to kindly give me the complete amount with discount or whatever consideration you can offer for to settle my account and closure of the credit card. My card no. Is [protected]. This has happened in the past also but not with these people but some other hdfc staff as they are highly arrogant and rude people.
