HDFC Bank — Credit Card was not cancelled

Even though I have sent hard and soft copy of credit card closing form on October 2nd since then card was not cancelled.
i have sent multiple mails and complaints, no proper response from the bank. got replay saying it has been cancelled but still November credit card bill has been generated. don't know what is happening . Someone please help on this .

HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by SunilHurkadli Still Credit card was not cancelled. Again December Credit card bill has been generated. i am not understanding what is happening with HDFC credit card department.
