[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card wrong statement generated on wrong date with wrong outstanding | |||
Hi team, I had received a statement on july 14th around 2:57 pm. Here i am attaching email snapshot. According to that email, outstanding amount mentioned was 3039 rs and i did the payment for the same. But now you credit card team have told me that i have not made complete payment and hence charged late payment charges and interest for the remaining amount. Kindly request to hdfc credit card team to look into this issue and and waive of the late charges and interest applied on my card only then i will do the payment. Also i was not able to open the statement with password as per your hdfc policy. I tried with both first four letters of name and last 4 digits of card or first four letters of name and date of birth in ddmm format. Was this information helpful? | |||
