[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Credit/Card !!

I am the Proprietor of M/s Vision Corporate Management Services dealing in HR Consultancy and Recruitment for 15 years. In the due course of my business I was offered business Credit Card from HDFC Bank and also I have been paying promptly for the past 2-3 years.

The above said Card Payment, I got a settlement amount of 1, 33, 300/- with 8 equated monthly installments starting from Dec 2015 – 19th July 2016.

Mr Chaudhary (Phone No: [protected]) and Rajesh Pawar (Phone NO: [protected]) was in touch with me for collections and payments. Mr Kaushik was the collection agent who used to be used for follow ups and early remittance.

I made payment regularly till Dec 2016 and a total of Rs. 107776/- was made against a settlement of Rs, 1, 33, 300/-.

Till Dec 2016, I was regularly told by Mr Chaudhary that the settlement letter is en-force and I could deposit the amount. It was supported by Mr. Rajesh Pawar of HDFC Collection on Phone and I was completely misguided by them for just to collect the money and to complete their monthly targets.

It was got cancelled in July 2016 Itself and I was never informed by those manager who stood themselves and feel above the law and bank.

In Dec 2016, I requested them to please rework on this settlement letter and issue a fresh settlement letter for the remaining amount. They promised to do it o but it has never happened and my current account with them has put in hold by debiting entire amount of credit card outstanding.

By above action, our banking has got stopped. We requested their card division and they got agreed to remove the hold with a conditional recovery of 1, 15, 000/- and a immediate cash deposit of Rs. 16, 100/-. Again a conditional settlement is issued.

In this regard, I would like to inform and request you the following,

1. If, my earlier agreement was alreddy got cancelled itself in July 2016, why I was not been informed either by Bank or by Manager Mr Chaudhary and Mr Rajesh Pawar.

2. Why till Dec 2016, I was kept in dark by your Bank or Mr r Chaudhary that settlement letter is still in-force.

4. Why again and again Mr Chaudhary and Mr Pawar has promised me to make a monthly payment of minimum till Dec 2016 while it was got cancelled in July.

Till date I have been made a payment of 107776/- + 16100/- i.e 1, 23, 876/- against the Ist settlement of 1, 33, 300/- and a balance of 9424/- is outstanding.

And we lodge a strict protest against HDFC Card and thier Manager Mr Chaudhary for misleading, misbehaving with the customer and keeping them in dark against bank policies a RBI guidelines.

Its seems to be a completely unprofessional an unethical commitment by a uneducated manager who even doesn’t know their customer in glance.
